Last Updated: 21 April 2025These Ordering Terms govern the purchase of products through the Kwelio website. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms, which are designed to ensure a transparent, efficient, and legally compliant purchasing process.
1. Subscription Overview
First Order:
Your first order includes a reusable Lio box (comprising 30 pre-measured sachets) together with the initial refill spool.Subsequent Orders:
Future orders will include only refill spools, as the Lio box is permanently provided with your initial order.Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. Payment for the upcoming cycle is scheduled on Cycle Day 25. In the event of a failed payment on Cycle Day 25, a subsequent retry is made on Cycle Day 26.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
Processing Period:
Orders are processed within 2 business days after order confirmation.Delivery Timeline:
Products are typically delivered within 4 to 6 business days following payment confirmation.Cycle Commencement:
The supplement cycle commences two days after delivery (designated as Cycle Day 1).
3. Payment terms
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options as provided at checkout.Billing Schedule:
Payment for the next subscription cycle is processed automatically on Cycle Day 25. Should this initial payment fail, a subsequent attempt will be made on Cycle Day 26.Updating Payment Information:
You are required to update your payment details before Cycle Day 29 to ensure seamless service.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Suspension
Cancellation Rights:
You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted before Cycle Day 25 to avoid further charges. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive products until the current cycle’s end, and all accrued Lio Points remain valid subject to the points expiration terms.Subscription Suspension:
If you wish to temporarily pause your subscription, you can request a suspension through your account settings or by contacting customer support. During suspension, auto-renewal is halted, but your membership tier and any earned rewards are preserved.Termination by Kwelio:
Kwelio reserves the right to terminate subscriptions in cases of repeated payment failures or violations of these Ordering Terms. Affected users will be notified in writing.
